2. Role of the website
PinkMobileGSM presents GSM services, product and accessory information, contact details, location, a before-service guide and a private status portal. Using the website implies acceptance of these terms to the extent applicable to the services accessed.
3. Store and product enquiries
In the current build, the Store section acts as a catalogue and enquiry entry point. The website does not contain a checkout and does not automatically confirm an online order. Availability, final price, compatibility and specific conditions are confirmed directly with PinkMobileGSM before a transaction.
4. Repair requests
The contact form allows information to be sent for diagnostics or repair. A selected date or time window is a preference, not an automatically confirmed appointment. Device intake, diagnosis, cost, estimated time and any intervention are confirmed separately as applicable.
5. Prices, availability and delivery
The website should not be interpreted as a promise of stock, price or turnaround time unless these are explicitly displayed and confirmed for the specific case. Any delivery or courier cost, where applicable, is communicated before acceptance of that operation.
6. Consumer rights and warranties
Statutory consumer rights remain applicable under current law. Any commercial terms, additional warranties or conditions specific to a repair or product are those communicated and documented for that transaction; the website does not create warranties or time limits that have not actually been established.

A repair record is accessed using its ticket number and associated PIN. Access details must be kept confidential. Unauthorized use or attempts to access another customer’s data are prohibited.
