2. Contact form
The form may contain name, phone, email, device model, optional identifiers, issue description and collaboration information. The message is sent by email to PinkMobileGSM; the website does not store the message locally in a request database.
3. Repair records and Status portal
Repair records may contain contact information, brand, model, IMEI, S/N, fault, cosmetic condition, status and photos. These records are stored in the application private area outside public_html and are available to the customer only with the ticket number and associated PIN.
4. Cookies and sessions
Ordinary public pages do not start a session. Separate technical sessions are used only where required: Contact, Status and Admin. To limit abuse, technical identifiers derived from the IP address are temporarily used in private rate-limit files. The build does not include analytics, advertising or behavioral tracking systems.
5. External services
Google Maps loads only after the user explicitly requests the map. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp links open external services only after user action.
6. Security
The website uses HTTPS in production, CSRF protection for sensitive forms, rate limiting, separate sessions, private data outside the web root and validation/re-encoding for images uploaded through Admin.
7. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to answer enquiries, prepare or perform requested services, manage repair records, secure the platform and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the situation, processing relies on steps requested before a contract or its performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests concerning security and the defense of rights.
8. Data retention
Contact messages are not saved in a local website database, although resulting email may remain in the mail system. Repair records and photographs remain in private storage until administrative deletion and for as long as necessary for the repair operation and applicable obligations. The build does not invent one legal deletion period for every category; the final operational policy must remain aligned with the operator’s actual accounting, warranty and legal obligations.
9. Rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. To make a request, contact the operator using the details above and provide enough information to safely identify the record. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may complain to the competent data-protection authority.
