1. Summary
Ordinary public pages do not start a session and the build does not include analytics, advertising or behavioral tracking. Strictly technical session cookies are used only for functions that need them.
2. Technical cookies in use

These cookies are configured with HttpOnly and, over HTTPS, Secure; Status and Admin use SameSite=Strict, while Contact uses SameSite=Lax.
3. Rate limiting and IP address
Anti-abuse protection temporarily uses technical identifiers derived from the IP address in private server files. These are not browser cookies and are not used for advertising or profiling.
4. Google Maps
Google Maps is not loaded automatically. The iframe is created only after the user explicitly presses the map-load button. After loading, Google may use its own storage technologies under its policies. If you do not want this, do not load the map.
5. Social networks and WhatsApp
The website does not load tracking widgets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp. These services are accessed only after an external link is clicked.
6. Consent banner
In the current configuration, analytics, marketing or other non-essential cookies are not set before user action, so the build does not show a generic banner merely to accept necessary technical cookies. If non-essential services are added in the future, they must be blocked until the applicable consent mechanism is used.
7. Browser controls and contact
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the contact form, Status portal or Admin from working. For questions: contact@pinkmobilegsm.ro.
